The CEO of Abacus Group Mr.Ramesh, who represents Abacus Conglomerate group heads the Overseas education group, with his dynamic approach and hands on experience in the domain of Education Industry in Abroad Education, he pioneered Admission Services to the next level, through his innovative ideas and nurtured the B2B with a pan India and International presence, this is evident through the huge clientele list of Institutions of Higher Education, who are partnered directly with Abacus for student recruitment, Our Group CEO’s simple and down to earth approach makes him dear to his client and his staff and all the stakeholders, who feel they can approach him for guidance and direction, with this attitude of pooling in and nurturing the best talent he has created an excellence team of professionals from different and varied backgrounds.

With his experience of more than 20+ years in the field of abroad education, he is aware of the ever changing dynamics of the Industry and has given direction and mentored the group to the enviable growth for the past one decade.

Mr.Shashank Reddy is our Chief Operating Officer, One of our Young Dynamic leader , he graduated from a reputed University from CANADA, with his exposure about study abroad experience and his work experience in Canada, he understood the problems of our Indian students, that most of the students were either ill informed or half informed about the process how to adjust to the cultural shock and new environment in a foreign Country with this experience, he has included these shortcomings in his approach about how to counsel students, he trained the counsellors and also accessible to students who want to have a first hand information about the process as well the student life in foreign countries. He is credited with promoting the CANADA Team of Abacus and added a new dimension to the team, which swelled up the pool of applicants matriculating at Canadian College/Universities.

With his acumen in the insight of Overseas Education process and recruitment process of the Colleges/Universities, he has given a different direction required by his team as well as benefiting thousands of students with his vision, how to strategise their application process and build their profiles to the Universities and Colleges with his knowledge of requirements of all the Institutions for admission recruitments, he is also credited with liasoning with the client partner Institutions and bringing aboard this Institutions to the India and brigding the gap of interaction between students and Universities, thus he has added a new dimension to the Abacus Team with his Dynamic leadership.

Ms.Neha is our face of our Human Resources Team. She brings about energy and positivity in the team with her vibrant and dynamic approach and positive attitude. She has defined in Abacus day to day operations, what change is, how to prepare for change, these are the two main factors of change that is - Communication and Commitment. We often hear in large organizations. The first one is “nobody told me”. The second one is "nobody asked me"

So, Communication is essential in any organizations, Ms.Neha helms the Human Resources Department and ensures that everything is communicated by the best means possible to keep the team well informed and checking any negative flow of communication.She has built the talent pool of excellence in terms of manpower, for this insight of the job responsibilities and deliverables knowledge is required which is essential as far as Overseas education recruitment is concerned, with her impeccable knowledge of identifying the potential of individuals and honing up the talents and building the resources required for the operations of each team within the organization. She is credited with adding up a new dimension to build team of excellence in the Company.

Mr.Bhupendra comes with a huge experience within the overseas Education domain, Identified the potential in Mr.Bhupendra and motivated him to join the Company, true to our CEO’s expectation, Mr.Bhupendra surpassed and delivered the required strategy to build B2B module, with his experience in Business Development and Strategies, he lead the team both from the front and helped build a vast network of Franchise and partners with Abacus, with his excellent knowledge about Universities profiling and requirement and students needs he build a team of Admission counselling team and his key accounts are top destination countries like US/UK/Australia and other destination as well, with his persuasive and excellent communication skills he oversees the day to day operations of all centres and the branches as well the B2b partners, also he is excellent in client relationship management with Top Institutions, he is credited bringing aboard reputed Institutions associated with Abacus and managing Road shows for the Institutions in India, he leads the Marketing Team and Strategizes the plan and vision to achieve the required goals and has build a dynamic team with his marketing acumen and excellent communication skills, he has added a new Dimension in terms of growth and contribution of Abacus Team.

He is one our young Directors leading the Operations of Abacus Pan India.

She has 5 years of knowledgeable experience in the field of Overseas Education Recruits students by developing alumni networks, evaluating recruiting techniques and materials, interviewing prospective students, initiating campaigns to induce students to attend the university. Helping students and coordinating the network's activities.

She develops a profile of students attracted to the college by conducting research, interviewing applicants, designing questionnaires for current students. Welcomes prospectives students b y processing paperwork, arranging and conducting seminars, conducting follow-up activities.
